I would give this zero stars if I could. The courses consist of endlessly long, often outdated, and largely worthless modules that can be mindlessly clicked through. They charge outrageous prices which are unclearly labeled and inconsistent across platforms. Somehow I paid $60 more than the price of my certificate and no one knows why or how I can get it back.
The “service,” senselessly, runs on two separate websites: one for signing up and paying, and another for completing the coursework. They are not connected sites. The websites themselves are a minefield of self-referencing links and ugly graphics that are giving Geo-Cities MLM scammer. The modules are read by a robot voice that has Speak and Spell vibes.
And I’m seconding the review that was angry about the load times. I calculated that I spent several hours on load times alone…like, y’all still hosted on Angelfire? Embarrassing.

This company needs to be investigated. They are running a scam, charging upwards of 200$ for software and courses that DO NOT work. I calculated my time stamps and this course wasted nearly 15 hours of my life in total on loading screens. Completing a 5 minute video prompts the user with another 5 minutes of pointless loading. For reference I am using ethernet (1.3G/s Download 600Mb/s upload) and I have a 32G RAM. It is an outright scam to charge +200$ for a SUBSCRIPTION to a service, when the service does not work. This "National Society" is ran out of a decrepit and derelict office in Studio City, which explains why this course is an outright MLM. Not surprised if they are actively bribing schools to use their course, because nobody in their right mind would willingly choose to use this god awful, si goggly course. Under no circumstance should you use this software/course for your school.

Alot of work and time goes into completing the modules and receiving your certificate, but I feel confident in the skills I learned through this program. This is the program Miramar uses for their Law Office Technology elective class.
