I do not recommend Nationwide Legal to anyone who needs to have someone served. The Tucson team does not respond to voicemails nor do they communicate with case updates. My case was pushed back because they didn’t turn the affidavit into the courts when there was ample time. I was told in their office that the affidavit was part of the process. Kayla the manager here in Tucson was by far the most unprofessional and gave the impression that she doesn’t care how her teams’ inefficiencies impact their clients. She said she could get the affidavit sent in today, however since the courts changed the date, I needed to pay again to try and have him served again. Will not be using their inadequate service ever again.

Worst experience ever , Kayla the manager here in Tucson doesn’t know absolutely anything . She’s rude, inconsiderate. A detriment to that company . My order of protection was supposed to be served back in APRIL . Never was it served or attempted till August ! . She has no answered as to why it wasn’t served . She told me that there’s nobody above her . I couldn’t speak to anyone else . Then she put her employee on the phone cause she didn’t wanna speak with me anymore . And they said it was because they didn’t have an apartment number .. ITS A HOUSE NOT AN APARTMENT ! They’re liars in this company . They attempted to serve him this week there was no answer . I called them back and Kayla said they’re dropping it cause they already attempted and that was that . I call the courts and that’s not the case . She lied again . They’re supposed to keep trying since it’s an order of protection for a DV case She is a horrible vindictive woman and I really hope she loses her job . I’m looking to sue this company .

Scam company that emails fake copyright claims to try and build links to their websites. The entire website is fake. Staff, phone number and business location are not real. Just click delete on any emails from this scam company.
