Called 3 times. I was kept on hold until the call ended after 16 minutes of being on hold. Never got to speak to anyone. If they call me back (there wasn’t even an option for me to leave a message) and help then I’ll happily give 5 stars, but it’s very disappointing when a place like this won’t even answer their phone.

I had no social involvment w attorney, I had to do everything through courts to get papers etc. I felt unheard, a very disappointing case scenario Upsetting.
