Subject: Urgent Complaint About Incompetent Legal Services

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the abysmal legal representation I have received from this firm. , he took no action on my case when i hired him on January 08,2024 until I was unexpectedly served with a motion for contempt on April 25, 2024.

Furthermore, his lack of communication with both me and the opposing attorney is utterly unacceptable. Despite my multiple attempts to reach him, I received minimal responses, consisting mainly of billing-related matters. I was shocked to discover that I now owe over a total of 4000 for your negligence.

His last-minute and futile attempts to rectify the situation by filing a motion (Three months after the motion for contempt was filed)along with a Zoom call motion four days before the hearing , which was subsequently denied, are entirely inadequate. I am left with no choice but to settle for a ridiculous amount or incur additional expenses by having him physically present.

It is evident that he has failed to fulfill his professional duties, costing me over $8500 along the way. I had trusted his expertise, only to be let down. I implore him to rectify this situation immediately.

Please if you hire this attorney demand a prompt response addressing these concerns and a detailed breakdown of all charges incurred . You have to get regular updates and meaningful progress in your case.
