Gail is an excellent receptionist. Neilson law, is the best firm I have dealt with. Jennifer ( lawyer) is clear in her meetings and answers questions and concerns. All calls are returned and questions are answered right away. Leaving a message is not a problem. Gail will alert the lawyer and return your call promptly. I have done this before. My past experiences were not good. Many firms do not make themselves available. You don't know what's happening. This is an excellent firm I am in the process of working on my own paper work, for my final days. The Neilson Law card in in my folder. This is the most professional and organized office I have experienced between Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Thank you so much.

Attorney Jennifer Nelson and her receptionist Gayle are the consumate professionals. They are both exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely personable, it really clear on expectations and outcomes and are always willing to go the extra distance to ensure that their clients needs are met.
