The audit was very thorough. Titled “can I audit you internally” they kissed me, held me, touched me, tried to get me excited about the audit. Baby steps. When we found some discrepancies I asked them what can be done…they said we’ll keep our genes in Our jeans.

Jeff travelled 2.5 hours to complete my audit and brought me a pizza and orange juice to enjoy while I waited. He seemed like a very clean and honest person unlike most insurance auditors

The car insurance was the same price as the uhh health insurance. Because like you said car insurance, I thought it would be like uhh a minivan.

I was lost in the hallway but the young lady at the desk, Bailey, helped me find my way by greeting me at the door and asking “You wanna sign the contract at the table or what you wanna do?”

Everything was going fine but I wasn’t sure so I informed her “Iii dunno”. But before I knew it, Chris Hansen from Dateline NBC and his syndicated show with Crime-Watch Daily, Hansen vs Predator appeared. Before I know it, I’m being interrogated by the three stooges.

If I had to summarise in a word? I’d say harrible.

Please do not use them to audit for your company. The process is disorganized, antiquated, and it almost makes it seem like want it to take five times as long as it should. If they are billing you for the amount of time it takes to complete an audit, this is definitely a scam.

I have been an employee since 2015. Retired to get married in 2021 and tragically lost my husband to covid the same year. I tried working part time at another auditing firm and realized how professional NEIS is and a great company to work for. Then 2023 I came back to Neis and am still here today. I treat all my audit clients with courtesy and respect because that is what Neis expects and treats their employees the same way. They are a great company to work for.

This company is great — they don’t hire dirty, dishonest people! It takes about 2.5 hours on the commuter train to get here from the small, New York college that I attend. Chris Hansen rules.

This company is terrible to work with. Their hours are not conducive to being able to return their phone calls, as they open late and close early. You send in loads of documents showing classifications and they proceed to put all your payroll under the highest class. With my calculations we OVERPAID over $500 in premium, but we are being billed approximately $1500 extra. It is impossible to get in contact with someone. Even with the insurance company requesting that they re-open and contact us it has been futile. I am going to change WC companies due to this audit and will never work with another one that uses this company. Good luck if you have to deal with them.
