Nicholas Otis did an amazing job helping me on my case. He explained the process and any questions I had. We won against the Indiana Department of Corrections for wage theft. Teresa Nicks' legal assistant is amazing too, responded promptly and answered questions too. I would definitely recommend Nicholas Otis and the team he works with!

Well it's true what they say, laywers are just liars paid to do so.
Called a few days ago, got told I would get a call back, but they never did... (go figure) so naturally I called them back. The receptionist cleary doesn't know anything, she didn't even know what was going on. I finally get the receptionist to understand English and she sends me to some laywers voice mail and still after leaving 3 messages and getting told I would get a call after they got back was a pure lie.
I wish Google had a zero dtar rating bc you guys deserve it.
I can not believe you have any sort of good rating especially how you treat and lie to new clients.

So much disappointment with Kristina, wish I could give 0 stars. She “represented”me for 3 years and has done absolutely NOTHING to benefit my son and I besides get me 3,000$ in debt. If you want a “roll over and let life happen”approach, she’s great. Nothing was ever done on my behalf except give me pity. Do yourself a favor and save yourself being strung along for years on end and having nothing to show for it except major debt.

Serveral years ago I filed a suit and My Attorney was Mark Phillips; We went to trail and we won he is the Attorney anyone should have ; People don’t understand that these Attorneys are super busy and they don’t only have one client ; A few years ago I introduce my Uncle to Mark and again he was awesome ; I recommend highly Mark Phillips and his associates if you need an Attorney; Mark is devoted ; caring and on it ; if you don’t hear from your attorney for awhile he is with out a doubt busy working on you case and other cases as well ; Be patient they will get ahold of you ; it took a little while to get into court but in the longer it was well worth everyday and every minute that it took ; COVID the are super busy if all recall court houses and everything were shut down ; still with COVID going on The Attorney and the courts are trying to get back on track as we all are ; Be Patient ; my case took along while but was worth it ; Thank you Mark Phillips and associates

A family member retained Mr. Kaminski in April. It's now August and he has yet to go to court. Delay after delay. When he finally did get a court date Mr. Kaminski was a no show. Supposedly "out of town". Would have been nice to know! Since April he has been calling this firm to try to speak to Mr. Kaminski and he is NEVER in. Does not return calls. He got his money but has done NOTHING. Avoid this firm at all costs!
