Chayla and everyone else at Newlin have been a HUGE help. Very responsive, I never had a message, text or email that was not answered with 48 hours. Chayla was very sweet in assuring me that my long emails of questions and concerns was not annoying and that she didn't mind them at all. I'm sure I was a very annoying pain in her butt, but at least she made me think that I might not be. If I didn't have them, I definitely would have given up by now. The process is very lengthy and confusing at times. They help me to understand everything the SSA sends me. The lawyer helped me prepare for my hearing, made me feel very confident in my case and eased my anxiety about the hearing. The lawyer went over everything I was going to be asked at the hearing and as I have memory issues, I was able to make myself notes of exactly what we went over and what the most important things to mention were. Do NOT try to navigate your disability case without an attorney and I 150% recommend Newlin. Thank you to everyone that has worked on my case this far. Praying for an approval this time.
