I needed an attorney to help me remove some unwanted tenants at my property. The tenants were on a month to month lease and were refusing to leave. Chris Newton was very imformative and thorough on my rights as a landlord. He was very responsive as in I did not have to wait days to hear back days later. He either answered his phone that day or got back to me on the same day. I had shopped around for other attorney's and found out that the fees I was charged were very affordable and reasonable. Chris was able to negotiate a time frame for the tenants to be out and they were out when they agreed to be out. I could not have done that without the help of Chris.
I am selling the house and out of the landlord business. I do however want to recommend Newton & Sullivan for your attorney needs. Very professional, very straight forward and do what is right for their clients.
