There's a reason why they only have 2.5 stars. I had to give them a star just to write the review. Otherwise they would have a negative number. This law firm has a very kind receptionist but as soon as you're transfered you get an unprofessional , rude , insensitive, offensive, unwilling and aggressive person who keeps interupting you while you talk. I guess mostly that's a lawyer for you but if you are looking for resolution or information they become impolite and toxic which instigates a self-perpetuating cycle of negative behavior, hampering our productivity, our happiness and our health along the way. -Nbcnews. Maybe I'm being dramatic but they treated me very bad and I'm still upset about how they handled themselves. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AND HAS NO PATIENCE. WENT FROM 0 TO 100
