I used Weston Nicholson for a case regarding a horse I owned. He was fantastic and we came to a resolution with the other party quickly. I would give him personally 5 stars.

I am editing my initial review because Weston has remedied the confusion/issues I was having. Issue I had was simply in regards to my unused retainer being returned, as the paralegals/receptionists gave me different answers a month apart. However just a couple of days later, my issues were resolved and taken care of.

They worked towards my goals, providing me updates the whole way as I needed them, and managed to get my case taken care of completely and dismissed. Hired Weston Nicholson for a case which was dismissed for a few factors. After that it was written in our agreement that any funds would be given back that were not used. Its been 2 months and still have yet to get it back from the firms owner. It's like a game of the run around with it. I respect Weston he was professional but the firm owner seems to not care about getting the rest of the unused funds back.

Weston Nickolson and his paralegal, Sheila Haynes at Noel Law, have been a fantastic duo in helping me with my divorce. Their professionalism and conduct helped me, and my family get through the divorce in a very timely manner. They were easy to get ahold of when my ex or I needed to talk with them or email them. My ex had no problems choosing not to go with his own lawyer because upon talking with Weston he felt a sense of trust and was at ease with Weston and Sheila to do the right thing for him and me. There were children involved and they made sure to be considerate of them and what is best for them.
