Went In for title & plate transfer. Called ahead so I knew what was needed. The lady at the counter was nice and we were out within 15 mins.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Lady working was rude to the point she was downright mean. Did not know what she was doing. Refused to do a simple title transfer. Tried to claim she couldn't even touch it. Went to another notary who confirm there was nothing wrong woth what we needed done. Other location had our transfer and plate all processed in less than 10 minutes.

The lady at the desk was very rude. She told us she couldn’t be a witness and when two witnesses were provided she had then said the signatures aren’t the same. Now correct me if I’m wrong but I believe that falls to the two witnesses the signer has with them to testify that the signatures are correct and that she is the correct person. Signatures change as we get older. We’re human and we all are going through something. I find it ridiculous that my Travel RN mother who has been fighting the Covid nonsense from the start and is just trying to move closer to home and can’t even get a bit of slack from the notary for not having a perfect signature. I recommend just avoiding this notary and maybe going somewhere with better reviews. It may be less convenient but you’ll thank yourself later.

I was able to get PA plates for a small trailer I bought from Ohio quickly. The lady that helped me was kind, pulled out a book to show me exactly what I needed, and explained each cost. This was after visiting 4 other notaries/plate services and being declined.

Wish I could give less than one star. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Very incompetent, worst notary I've ever been to. Went to the New Stanton location for a simple title/plate transfer. Only one person working on a Saturday took close to 25 min just to be seen, after that got everything transferred. Fine I thought, until I get a call saying that she accidentally gave me a copy of my drivers license and the other parties license, which should have been sent to the state. Confidential information given to a third party. Great job Irwin messenger. Told them I would fax it over within a day or two. The next morning I get a ignorant phone call demanding I send this fax over immediately or would have to transfer everything over again. I did nothing wrong here and I was treated like I owed them something. I would drive an hour away to use another notary this is how upset I am at this company and its staff. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!

The person was extremely rude and complained about us coming in late when it was only 5:30. Telling us they would be late because of us. We were out of there by 5:50. No reason for being rude when we were out of there by close. If you want to work in customer service then you need to be a people person not a I only do this to get paid kind of person. Very disappointed.

The woman working was incredibly rude and arrogant. We were trying to transfer a title (something neither party had ever done before) and she couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried. Absolutely awful customer service. I would not recommend.

Horrible service period. Lady needs to learn manners, and she is even my mothers cousin! So she is related to me on my mothers side and I am giving this a BAD REVIEW!!! I was told to pay $94 by penndot itself through an email. The email stated to either send a check (which I did not want to do), or go to a local notary website and pay it online or go to one and pay it. Well you know what I did by this review, I made the mistake of coming here! I paid $181 as this lady insisted is what I had to pay!!! What she did NOT tell me was that $44 was to pay her to write a few sentences and make a copy or two! The rest went to the state! Which i still don't understand as I have the email stating I was to pay $94. I later went to that email and realized I made a huge mistake as there was a link to pay it on a website provided by penndot at the bottom of the page! I will NEVER EVER go here or to any Norwin messenger again in my life! I will support some local smaller notary from now on! I urge everyone to do the same!!!
