Had Thomas come out to service us with some items he was very nice and professional the first time.

Tried to make another appointment for this week on Wednesday, I was originally told yes then that wasn’t possible the appointment had to be moved up constantly. Dealt with this the first time also Thomas is the only person that can be sent out he’s so desperate for money he is relentless about moving your appointment up sooner your schedule means nothing to him.

There are less expensive actual companies out there who when you call and ask for date they give it to you and go out of their way to accommodate their customers. They have fantastic customer service This is not one of those places!

Thomas’s loss we have 4 people in our office that need things notarized. I was able to find a great company who had great customer service.

Called to set up a notary for a particular time that fit into my schedule. Everything was fine at first then the appointment kept being moved up. Very unprofessional, very low customer service needs a course in professionalism! Company looking for a better fit. Stay Clear of this one!
