Tom O'brien is very disrespectful and doesn't care at all about your case. If you want someone to make things worse for you and and treat every case the same then hire him. He willingly gave custody of my child to my ex who literally had no job or any way to support my son. Extremely rude and treats every case the same. He's only in it for the money so don't let him fool you.

I made the mistake of hiring Brian Dekker to do a Modification of Sentence when l was in prison. The situation was time sensitive and the paperwork had to be filed on time. I had spent over a decade in prison doing everything possible to rehabilitate myself and had been a model inmate. With a new judge in my court, l was very confident about leaving prison more than a year early. But Brian Dekker dropped the ball. He did NOT get the motion filed in time. I ended up doing every day of my sentence and Dekker even refused to refund my money. I should have reported him to the Indiana Bar Association. Perhaps l still can.
