Marty Burbank was recommended to me through the Alzhiemer's Association. And I would like to double down and tell you why I recommended Mr. Burbank. Me and my wife are retired school teachers of some 64+ years. My wife had to retire to Alzhiemer's and I retired to care for her. I had a 30 minute consultation with Marty Burbank about a question related to Medi-cal and sale of the property. Marty was super knowledgeable and helped me figure out the best thing to do in my situation. He didn't oversell me on anything, but if I need legal services regarding elder care, I will definitely reach out to him. Throughout the years I have know of, and talked with, Marty Burbank due to the excellent reputation he has in my community, Fullerton, CA. On three separate occasions I contacted him for advise or to schedule a paid consultation regarding older family member issues as things came up over the last sixteen years.
