My husband and I recently moved to Las Vegas to purchase our new home. Before finding our new home, we signed a short-term rental lease with a real estate agent/landlord. Per our standard practice, we did our research and hired Ocampo Wisman Law to review all documents as we went through the escrow process. The Ocampo and Wiseman Law team reviewed all escrow documents (for our peace of mind, questions, and to ensure we didn’t agree to anything we did not understand) with success. However, the professional and exceptional service did not end with the purchase of our new home.

As we were moving out of the rental, we needed their assistance once more. The house we were renting was being listed for sale during the last month of our lease and the real estate/landlord started to make unrealistic demands for us to show the house to prospective buyers. (For example, asking us to show the house at 7pm on a Sunday evening. To note we did show the property a few times.) When we started to decline the showings outside of normal business hours and requested to reschedule them, the real estate/landlord turned unprofessional.

To make a long journey short, Ocampo Wiseman Law was there to protect our best interest from those who work outside the realms of ethical professionalism. The outcome was successful with the complete return of our deposit, and we avoided the need to take legal action in court.

Wow what a positive experience. When a loved one dies it can really be overwhelming. Sarah and her team are hands on, reliable, affordable, they get the job done. They made the bad situation much more bearable. If you are smart you will retain them and stop trying to believe you can do everything yourself. Probate and estate is purposely made confusing on the internet and one mistake can lead to audits and all kinds of state tax problems. I wanted to put 10 stars. This law firm was worth every penny!!

My experience with Mr. Thimothy Wiseman as counsel was beyond my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and gained my full trust and did a great job in my appeal. I am not saying this
because we were successful, I would have said the same even if my appeal was denied. I fully trusted him and fully cooperated where he made a great oral argument in my case. The result was that the case was remanded to the District Court. I was able to reach a settlement before appearing in the District Court. He explains everything and does not shorten the time to beat the clock.

Highly recommend. So thankful I found y'all when trying to handle my uncle's estate in the small town of Hawthorne, NV. The process when fairly smooth. As smooth as cases like this go I suppose. We were able to file electronically in mineral county which was great because it took much less tike than it would have. I contacted Sarah Ocampo to guide me through Estate Planning including a Trust and Will. Sarah walked me through the process and along with paralegal, Nikki Beard, immediately sent me an outline of information to complete. The response to my questions and/or clarification on any of the issues received an immediate response. When my draft Trust and Will were complete we had a virtual review of all along with POA and Health Care Directives.
