Extremely unhappy with David J. O'Connell service. We were way overcharged. We hired him to review 4 page property management agreement, that takes average person 20 minutes to read, it took him 2 hours(!!!!) to read/analyze what he him self called "boilerplate" standard agreement, and he is in real estate attorney business, we assumed it will be very quick for him to review and say if there are any traps in that agreement! He also took another 30 minutes to write us an email where he advised 4 different firms/people for us to use when we didn't ask for any referrals, so we paid him to advertise his friends to us.

David O'Connell is awesome. I never leave reviews, but I had to write one for him. I did a consult with David that changed my entire direction for the better. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. If I ever need a real estate attorney I will be calling David as quickly as humanely possible. 5/5 stars
