This company is horrible. They requested I do numerous serve jobs for them here in Washington State. This is considered independent contractor work, but they never requested a W-9. The last jobs I did for them they did a chargeback with their credit card company because they weren't happy with the outcome. They admit in emails I did the attempts but they weren't happy with the outcome. They disputed with their bank stating "services not provided." That is absolutely false as I provided services they just did not like the outcome. They also treated me like an employee as they were telling me specific things I needed to do or should have done to complete the service correctly (according to their standards). I completed all attempts on these jobs. Went 2 plus hours each way 4 times for the 4 attempts, and I did not charge them extra for mileage. As they did a chargeback, I did not get paid for these 3 jobs, so I lost $200. DO NOT ACCEPT WORK FROM THEM.

I had an Injunction that needed to be served right away, as my wife was petrified. I contacted Tim and he had Taylor rush right over and got the paper served. They had the certificate of service to the courts immediately and my wife could sleep better knowing On the Run had done a fantastic job for us. These people are the best!

Liz in the front office walked me through the client portal and inputting a complicated investigations order over the phone! Fast, friendly service.
