I found myself in need of a law firm. I began the process of representation with The Oswalt Law Group today, and I must say, it was a great experience. My appointment was at 10 am, of which , I arrived at 9:55. After filling out some initial paperwork, Nick came out to greet me within 2 minutes of completing it. He thoroughly explained the process of what was to come in an easily understandable way, really seemed to care, and I left feeling as though I had someone in my corner who was ready to fight for me. I would absolutely recommend anyone in need of their services to not hesitate and call them. Sandra Oswalt, if you're reading this, Nick was amazing! Please acknowledge his professionalism and empathy. Oswalt Law Group will get many referrals from me for anyone who needs legal counsel.

I had contacted another bankruptcy attorney to get some information. They had been so pushy and made me so uncomfortable, I googled bankruptcy attorneys and Oswalt was the first to pop up. I spoke with Daniel who helped schedule my appointment. He listened to my situation and got me scheduled for an apportionment. He followed up the day of the appointment to make sure I had the correct address and phone number and if I had any additional questions.
Once there, I spoke with Brian. Brian was also equally awesome to work with. There were a few times I got off topic and was getting overwhelmed and he just gently brought be back on point. I felt super heard and respected, which I was needing not feeling great about my whole situation! Highly recommend!

I am so happy with the service I received ay Oswalt. I felt very welcomed when I spoke to Robert G. and Nick H. they both great at answering all my questions and helping me with the process. When I met with Anthony Doss he was 100 percent knowledgeable answered any question I had and what I was experienced by this process he actually cared how it effected me.
