After an incredible ordeal of having surgery and facing rehab Derek James has been very helpful and understanding and made me feel like I wasn’t alone during this process. We felt neglected by them. They accepted my husband's case, but there has not been any communication—no updates or even a phone call—regarding its status. It has been over a year. Their communication is terrible. It seems they only take on cases where they can profit significantly.
