Absolute worst experience I have ever had with an attorney and I’ve had some attorney dealings in my day, but I have never ran into such a lack of communication. They sent me a welcome package with information to gather and a questionnaire that was 20 pages long to fill out with no direction no instruction no help no guidance. It took me two weeks together the 150 pages of documents that I needed to provide to them per their cover letter. I put it all together, and I took the whole box of paperwork. I think it was more like 200 pages to their office to drop it off if they wanted electronic copies I could’ve given them a USB drive. They didn’t specify that. So she said that she was going to scan them in. She didn’t even know what attorney or legal assistant was assigned to my case. I assumed it was the attorney that I spoke to for the initial Call. Now this attorney is asking all of these questions that were already answered in the 20 page questionnaire, it took me two weeks to complete if they cannot spend one minute on my case or provide any assistance and they can’t even read the 200 pages of documents I provided that answered everything they could possibly know then I’m going to find another attorney this is ridiculous.
