Been here a year with a mailbox and this place is amazingly helpful and fair prices. I travel a bunch and feel horrible that my mail builds up there. Just spoke to the owner who was extremely rude and combative from the moment he answered the phone. I am trying to track a package that was dropped off at his store. He told me all the packages were picked up but never offered to help me track it.. I had to ask several times - it turned out I had the wrong tracking information - he finally barked the tracking number to me - but did not offer to actually track it for me. How difficult would that have been? I finished my call with him by saying he was one of the rudest people I have ever done business with - and he slammed the phone down in my ear. How's that for customer service? I just called back to ask for his name so I could include it in this review - and he gave me even more attitude and accused me of having the negative attitude. I had no attitude until he began barking at me. Stay away! Take your business elsewhere!

Today once again Erin the Manager helped me handle a signature on some important documents regarding a major donation.
He knew what to do quickly and notarized everything efficiently.
The charge was not high..reasonable.
You can always trust his business to be outstanding ..above and beyond professional services..and he is always friendly too.

Called today while he was apparently busy and while I understand being busy can be frustrating thr call was handled poorly, it would have been most professional to instead tell me het I’m swamped we would love to have your business can you call me back at such and such time. That did not happen. I am new to shipping and wanted to eliminate time and labor on my part for my new business in which I’m easily needing to send out on average 15+ items nearly daily.

I've used numerous times over the last 5+ years. Quick n efficient. Prices on shipping are determined by postal office, UPS, FedEx...not the proprietor of this shop. Yes they get a commission how it works... Plus sales of packaging material and other misc items.

Aaron is awesome. I've been there several times to do everything from notarizing to packing and shipping to dropping of packages and have never been disappointed or put off. He even gave me ideas that would cut my costs of shipping multiple products even though he gets nothing in return for it. He is a professional and is good at what he does. Aaron, the owner of Pac N Send, is very helpful and personable! Given the past experience I had here a few years ago dropping off DHL packages with what I thought were shipping labels (they were actually info for Aaron to enter into the computer for him to print out the actual labels; he straightened that out for me with a smile!), I decided to do business with Aaron again. This time, it was for receiving a package / envelope (mailed / shipped to the shop's address). He charges $1.00 per package or envelope, a better deal than the UPS Store or FedEx Office, for times I cannot use a "General Delivery" address to a post office. The expected package arrived early, Aaron notified me of it, and I stopped by the shop to pick it up. Top-notch professional operation!
