Wasn't helped immediately after was seen carrying a huge package in the door. Was standing there with package and the old slender silver hair worker just randomly runs into it almost knocking it over on the ground not knowing if it were fragile as well as not saying excuse me. At the cashier and was charged more than what was told initially.

Outstanding products and friendly staff makes Parcels Too Business Center the one place I go for banners and signs. Been doing business there for 5 years and haven't been disappointed yet! The staff goes out of their way to help you decide on what products work best for your needs. I have ordered signs, banners, and prints for the various organizations to which I belong with no problems, Jim and his staff can work miracles!! Highly recommend!

The nicest and most professional staff I have ever worked with! All were very knowledgeable of their day to day operations with excellent outcome for customer needs! I Love Parcel Too. They always take time to get a new proof exactly how I want something. They have created Flyers, posters and business cards for me personally, for my ministry and did all of my marketing projects for the office I worked for as well. Always on time or even early. Several times I needed rush orders and they were able to do that as well. Cant praise them enough.

The guys in here are great! I had two things that I needed taken care of and the gentleman that took care of me Denzel was very helpful! I got everything taken care without any issues. I would definitely recommend this place for all your shipping needs.

I love using Parcels Too! It’s so easy to drop off or pick up items from their drive through window. Their print prices are great as is the quality. Great customer service as well!

This is my favorite place to ship. They store your shipping addresses so no need to print and apply a label. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I wish they were drop off place for Amazon. I usually take non-Amazon packages here. They have a drive through also. Thanks for handling my shipping (and sometimes just regular mail) needs!

They are always professional and have excellent customer service. They always try to help me save money by giving me my best options when shipping packages. The. I can choose which one i prefer. I live close to Trussville and are always my go to for shipping pkgs. They are quick and they recognize that people may be on their lunch break and may need to get back to work. If there is a line, every employee is trained to handle shipping pkgs, so if there is a line, you normally will not wait long. Great place to do business that cares about their customers.
