Super confusing why they are so hostile from the get-go. Like a bunch of angry little babies. They called me and asked if I was the right person and I told them I need to know what company they work for and Jennifer told me and asked me again if I was the right person. I said okay before I answer that I need to know what your company does and she insisted that I just Google the company and that will tell me. So I stated you called me so before I give out my personal information I need to know more about who you are. She got snippy of course and said listen. If you don't do it then we'll just have this conversation another day. That repeated a few times and then she ended up hanging up on me. Now that I did Google it, I know who they are and I would love to get things settled. But not when you belittle someone like that for just trying to get information on who is calling them. Extremely childish to be honest.

I realize that this Company is not going to be 5 Star since they are a Collection Company. 9 years ago my Dog had life saving surgery. A few months later I lost my job so I wS unable to keep up payments to my Veterinarian . It took me several month to get a full time job. In that time I had forgotten my remaining balance owed and did not pick up payments again. My dog had a seizure 3 yrs ago so my daughter took him to his veterinarian to see what to do. At that time we were informed that I had a balance, I had completely paid off about 3 weeks later. Then I received a bill for the Collection Company I believe it was for $150 the Collection Company had never once done anything to contact me about my balance. They apparently got my updated address from the Veterinarian. I called them.. Very rude lady on the phone.. I told her the that the bill was over 7 yrs old... Apparently it starts over when you make a payment directly to the Veterinarian. My Veterinarian received my payment through their own efforts. Yesterday I received a bill for $334. This company is obviously money grabbers that do nothing for their Clients. Just swoop in after the work is done.

Dear PAS Owner,

I have talked to you or your employee. My account of the Facts are Correct. I have no reason to lie. I lived at the same address for a few years after I failed to complete my payment plan with my Veterinarian. I also always turn in a change of address when I moved. I have had my same phone number since before my dogs surgery. I never received any messages or mail from PAS. I never heard of this Company until a few weeks after my Bill was paid in full.

Had a horrible awful experience with Gretchen specifically. Had no clue I had any debt to be paid and was constantly accused of knowing and dodging payment. I of course was not happy and she decided to get snippy specifically saying “find somebody who cares” which is the exact opposite of what should have been stated. Would leave a zero star if I could

I was threatened by this company this morning. I have never been treated so rudely in my life! They tried to tell me I had to give them my place of employment and I don’t have to give them any additional information. I was willing to set up a payment plan but they wouldn’t even consider it unless I told them where I worked. I asked to talk with a supervisor and he wouldn’t set up a payment plan with me either unless I told him where I was employed. The catch to this is that this bill is in my husbands name my name isn’t even on it. The lady told me that our amount was pocket change to most people. If they wouldn’t have been so rude from the start I might have gave them my employer but I also know I don’t have to no one else has ever needed that information to set up a payment!

Frank and Michelle both are awesome people. They are very down to earth, will carry a conversation with you, and treat you like a human being. Everyone that I have interacted with there were very professional and nice, they genuinely cared about my issues in my personal life, and gave some sound advice, the point that I'm making is they don't have to be nice nor do they "have" to work with me if I struggle on a payment...but...they do. I wish my medical bill had not gone to collections, but since it has I'm glad it's with PAC.

On march 10, 2017 i call to have my payments put on hold due to me not having a job. The lady started yelling at me to get a job repeatedly, i started crying. Then she processed to tell me to bum money off people i know, also repeatedly. I'm freaking out at this point. Then to top it off she told me i could not hold off on payments they would have to cancel it out and if I did that I would regret it. Then she started to be nice and said we are here to work with you and if you needed to lower the payment you can do that. I called them yesterday to talk to my case manager to lower my payments, she wasn't available to speak, so they took my message for her to call on march 22, 2017 at 9am. They never called. They are awful people. Don't work with them. They'll violate Fair debit collection practice Act. Get a call voice recorder for your phones, warning you ahead of time.

I'd give ZERO stars if I could!! I received a call from them on a Saturday. I don't dodge calls so I answered, even though I was at work. I was honest with them about my financial situation and gave them an estimate on when I could pay on the account. I was then scolded and asked if I gave someone something for $XXX.XX wouldn't I want to be paid? I was threatened with legal fees and garnishment and was told it's probably not a good idea to put this off. I said well of course it's not a good idea and if I had the money I would pay the bill. The phone rep, Renee, then raised her voice at me and told me I had an attitude. I then tried explaining I was at work and it was not the best time to discuss the issue (trying politely to end the call) and she continued to yell at me over the phone before hanging up on me! I called back, because, ya know, I need to settle the debt... She again berated me for not paying my bill, told me I had an attitude problem (swear, I've never been told that before in my life!), told me she doesn't deserve it (my "attitude") just for doing her job because I owe a bill and hangs up on me again. I'm obviously not going to call them back and consolidate my past due balance with phone reps like that! Thank God for online banking!

For some reason my account was over to this PASI collection agency even though my account was less than 60 days old, paying in installments (taken automatically from my HSA) and current on payments. I called them several times to tell them my account was up to date. They told me over the phone "Yes your account is current". YET my husband received calls that the account was over due. In addition I received mail from them telling me they are a collection agency attempting to collect a debt. I was SO SICK of dealing with these people, paid off the debt and STILL was told I owe a balance. I called (after the balance was paid) and asked why I got the bill - they confirmed that I owe a zero balance, but nothing to show I paid it off. They told me "you have to request one". PASI sure can send the bills but you have ASK for a receipt to show you paid the balance!
