Paula was outstanding attorney! Was very pleasant and professional to deal with. When I would get nervous about things and send her serval emails she was always understanding and assured me that everything was going to be fine. May I add with my anxiety she put up with a lot of me calling and emailing! She always understood me and would reassure me of things. When it came to payments very understanding. Not like most attorneys where if you don’t pay they drop you. Paula understands people have finical issues and emergencies. Matter of fact to help me file faster and complete my case she lowered her rate. I also want say, what phenomenal staff she has. Her receptionists even takes time on the phone with you. Doesn’t rush you off the phone. She was great listener and got messages to Paula quickly! Even her paralegal was great to deal with. I’ll even say, Paula was great about staying late. This was to work around my work schedule. This is tells me she really cares for her clients! Overall I was satisfied and really happy with Paula. She felt more like a friend then my attorney. I honestly think she puts clients first even over own family! Thank you for the wonderful experience and putting up with my anxiety! You are truly amazing attorney. I recommended you to anyone!

Do not use this attorney office if you like to have your phone calls answered, Or at least a voicemail returned. I had a free consultation which is right in the paperwork. My 2nd appointment was with her niece and I do not believe she has any education in paralegal or bankruptcy law. This appointment was less than an hour And was only for giving me instructions on what paperwork they needed and a couple forms to sign. I had questions and continue to reach out to herniece, Jenny. She did not return one call or text message, so if you want to speak to anyone. You have to get in your car and drive there. I drove there because I had a question on a joint account. Paula happened to be standing there so I asked her when I came into the office. I never gave them any paperwork or my creditors and they had not done any services for me because I made a decision not to file bankruptcy. The $500 is a retainer fee that clearly States it is to go over all of the paperwork, That you bring to them with your debtors, And then payments are to be made.They never went over any of my paperwork they have no knowledge of who my debtors/creditors are. I never brought any paperwork back, I was sick for 4 months and I called to let them know that I would not be filing bankruptcy and since there was nothing done but a free consultation and some paperwork signing If she would be willing to work with me and refund part of the $500. Nice Paula turned into completely rude Paula and would not budge one penny. I explained she did no paperwork and she said she was representing me. I said no you have none of my debtors and not one of them have called you you did not represent me because I never filed for bankruptcy. She then told me after looking in my file that I was asking her a question about the joint account. That was me walking into her office because nobody would return the calls and that was a 5 minute question. No representation was done and she very rudely told me she could charge me for this phone call I was making asking for just a part of my refund. She became very rude and said she was making a living and that was not refundable. The $500 is a retainer for paperwork, That you bring in and discuss. I never di, there was no paperwork turned in ever so I paid $500 for a free consultation, that should be illegal. . ..SHAME ON YOU PAULA.

This law firm is Guardian for children. She knows of confirmed abuse on the kids. She has knowledge of drug and alcohol usage in the home. She knows of medical neglect and still allows the children to be in this environment.
It is her intention to keep children away from someone who has never ever laid their hands on a child and keep them in a home where alcohol and drugs are used and children are abused.

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM....I’ll keep it short and sweet....someone I know hired them, paid them in full and have fought to even get a call back or answer their calls for that matter. The client had to reach out to a different attorney to get answers to questions they had and for the status of their case. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM.

I paid my bill in match 2017 and after nearly threatening them that I was ripped off they filed my case w/the courts in September. 😠 Which puts me 7 months behind for buying a home. 👎
