I have been working with PBS Accounting and Tax Solutions since 2016. Sam helped me set up my new business on QuickBooks and we have worked together first monthly and then quarterly ever since then. I have felt secure that any issues that came up in between meetings could be handled together when we met again. Sam is very knowledgeable and professional. PBS Accounting and Tax Solutions handles the accounting for the Billings Petroleum Club. The Billings Petroleum Club fraudulently charged my credit card months after I cancelled my membership. They claim that the only people who can access the QuickBooks document is PBS Accounting and Tax Solutions.

My efforts to contact to PBS Accounting and Tax Solutions for resolution have been ignored.

Worst bookkeeper ever, couldn’t fire Sam fast enough. Constant errors on our billing to customers, errors in her own bill to us, no attention to details, omitted our estimated taxes from our return, poor communication, poor followup, errors on our financial reports which were almost always late, errors in sending out 1099’s, inconsistencies in categorizing Quickbooks payments. Avoid at all costs!
