I scheduled an appointment with Perez Law Group and they didn't have anything available other than a couple weeks out. I understand that they can be busy, especially because I have a very busy schedule myself.

However, I received a call the day before my appointment, & they called to inform me that they double scheduled the exact date and time for my appointment. So they asked me if I could change my appointment to a later time on the same day, and this would work IF I didn't have such a busy schedule. What's really frustrating is that the next date they have available is another WEEK away, so I just canceled my appointment. How can any company schedule two people for the same appointment; is the question I'm left with, but I'm sure another attorney will have a much better scheduling software so they don't make the same mistake.
