Paperwork was not filed on time, more than once,we lost our case.Our family deserved our lost pet returned. We paid over $10,000 waited years for court hearings and still do not have Sam home due to his unprofessional and unethical practices. He talked my family out of participating during the last court hearing.He was on vacation when important paperwork needed filed and he wasn't checking his emails. Years of waiting, money taken and it all ended up being quashed. He should have filed a contempt order against the defendant, another Judge stated if we proved Sam is related to his parents we could have Sam returned.

Attorney Petrick has been by my side every step of my journey through the quagmire that attempts to pass for a legal system in Fayette county.
