I needed help with an out of state eviction was recommended Frank by a real estate professional I trust. Frank went from initial phone call to completed job in less than 48 hours! Frank charges fair prices and treated myself and my former tenant with courtesy and respect. He was very responsive to communications over email & phone, and explained the process in detail. Would recommend Frank to any of my family or friends.

If I could give negative stars I would. I acquired the services of frank James, who was pushy, rude, and unprofessional. I found another company that I wanted to use instead and when I told frank, he told me that he didn’t care and for me to stop being so emotional. He said he was still going to serve the papers even though I told him I didn’t want to use his services and without payment. He said he would be suing me and sending me to collections. I have told him through email and phone call that I don’t want to use his services and he is forcing me and threatening me to use his services. So even though I have told him I don’t want his services, he is going to proceed anyway. His behavior is disgusting and unprofessional. DO NOT USE this company or Frank James for anything.

Frank was such a pleasure to work with and super quick to respond to my emails. I was expecting this to be a hard situation to serve this person and he was able to get it done in 2 days of receiving the paperwork. Highly recommend him.
