I didn’t speak to the attorney, just the secretary who reviews and schedules the appointment. I asked if they offer a discount if I had them create my trust which is $1600 (not an issue) and I had my parents use their services as well. I was told that they would need to speak to my parents before they can decide. I find it strange when there’s a set price already but can’t answer if they offer discount? Perhaps they charge more seniors and overcharge?
