It’s evidently difficult to have a baseline level of customer service when your job is picking up a phone to help people. It’s astounding some people get paid to be rude for hours upon hours daily. I’ve had friendlier and more intelligent conversations with piece of drywall.

I have talked to ladies in this office on several occasions. I have found them to be courteous, friendly, and helpful. They have been extremely pleasant and have gone above and beyond to give me the assistance I needed. Stephanie and Kayla (sp.?) have been especially helpful. I am most pleased and impressed with the level of professionalism and cooperation of this office staff.

The place where the inmates or kept should be condemned. it is being held up by metal beams for crying out loud. Then they are locked down 24hrs a day, that seems in-humane.

When people call to ask you what time you close and you tell them 4:30, but you’re still gone by 4:00 it’s a disgrace and rude!
