Dakota Stevens deserves justice. The prosecutor pursuing nothing more than a conviction of 6 years for his murderer and giving her bond exposes where the county stands in protecting the children of their local communities. This shows predators and murderers that Indiana had little to no consequence for future crimes. This is encouragement for sadistic, homicidal behavior. Something is very wrong in this county and it is contributing to a bigger problem that Indiana lawmakers and prosecutors protect people that hurt children instead of the victims or the victim's families.

Absolutely garbage people. They do not care if they cost you your job or livelihood. Indiana is the worst state next to California for truckers. Just remember what you voted for when your freight stops moving

If I could leave zero stars I would, and that goes for the entire porter county justice system. Not sure how you have someone openly admit to making a threat to end someone's life at gunpoint and then give them a plea for a year and a half probation.
