Absolutely wonderful experience! Rosalyn met me close to my home and was very patient while fingerprinting (I am hard to print). Additionally- she had the Arkansas State Police push my fingerprints through to the Board of Nursing right away. My application was about to expire, and I was going to have to pay the application fee again. Her having them push it through made my application go through in time! Saved me over $130!

Today, I was in a pickle- I desperately needed a document notarized in Arkansas and I was driving to various places I could find on Google only to find out the notary wasn’t there or wasn’t a notary in the right state, etc. When I called Ms. Porter, she immediately put me at ease, told me she could squeeze me in before her next appointment and told me where to meet her. When I got there a few minutes later, she was quick, friendly and just a pleasure to do business with. If I ever need fingerprinting or background services, she will most definitely be the first person I call. Thank you for being so incredibly kind and helpful!!

The woman that helped me was a tad bit rude. I do not know if it was because my appearance gave unprofessional, but the rudeness was unnecessary. But overall I can say she responded to me quick, and helped me get my stuff notarized. Just would appreciate if she listened more, especially when I was specifically telling her what I needed to be done.

I went to go have a LIVE scan for fingerprints done and it did not take long at all. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. Had a small mishap happen that was not her fault at all but she helped me figure out what I needed to fix the situation. Definitely recommend Porter Mobile Service and I will use again.
