Sidney is the best. I had 2 packages, one to send to Hawaii and one to Tonga. She took her time to go over the different prices with me, helped me picked the best options. I didn’t have any envelopes or boxes, she kindly packed up everything nicely for me. Excellent customer service, very kind and helpful, she’s the best. I will definitely be going back. This is for management. You need more workers. Your understaffing and its reprehensible. Even the us postal service has at least at least 2 people on a Saturday for busy offices.

Otherwise the worker was great. Handled the rush of multiple customers at once with grace, in the half hour period we were there. It was crowded. Just because this worker is awesome and has good attitude in such circumstances doesn't mean that justifies understaffing. Its not right.

I sent out 25 graduation invitations using their USPS slot/ box, thinking this has to be better than using my mailbox. Come to find out a little over a week, no one received the invitations. I thought that was strange, so I decided to stop by and ask what happened. They said they dont know and for me to check with the post office
I thought that was bizarre! I mean, they choose to be the middle man, and i get screwed. So I had to go buy 25 more invitations, labels, and postage. This time, i decided to mail them from the post office themself, and guess what?! They all received the imvitations. I dont believe in coincidence. i believe postal annex lost my invitations. I won't be using them for any of my shipping needs

Since i cant reply to that response. Your employess said there has been a lot of theft going for some time at your location. So i think it would be best if you told that to your customers that rely on your business. No I will not give your business another opportunity to take care of my shipping needs nor supplies. Post office luckily is just two miles away as well as the UPS store. Ill go directly to the source for the future.

I called a day before to ask what the fee would be to print out a label. I was told $3.00 and .50 cents for any additional pages.

I go in today and I was told it's $4.00. I politely questioned it and said I was told $3.00 and .50 for any additional pages...the person helping me was extremely rude and was pretty much challenging me and speaking to me with a horrible attitude. The other worker stepped in and in the end they billed me $5.00. I guess they now make up their fees as they please?

Whatever happened to customer service. Not only was he rude, but also aggressive. When the other worker was helping me, he opened a door behind me with such force almost to the point of trying to intimidate me. When I asked what the owners name was he stood behind me staring me down.

Someone like that does not belong in customer service. Last time I take my business there! I rather drive further than to have to deal with such pettiness.

I have used Postsl Annex stores in other cities. I typically have a good experience in all of them. Today here at the Canyon Lake store was exceptionally great. The young lady behind the counter, boy did she help me out. She put my daughter stuff (cloths) in the exact right size shipping box, all packaged up nice and neat. Showed me a couple of lessons about how to tape my package properly. She was extremely helpful. I want to say thank you to her. I really appreciate her great attitude. We talked about counterfeit money because I also have a business. She was nice enough to give me a pen to verify authenticity of $100 and $20 bills. I thought that was very gracious and polite. Well gotta say great service great people, 5 STARS ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!!!!!!

This is the best place to do business. The people here are very professional and treat you like a friend, not just a customer. Every one of the employees are so helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile and then some. I have run a business for over well over a decade using this store and it is the best of the best. Can't say enough of the quality and hard work these people do.

Jarad was a breath of fresh air this morning. After having a horrible experience at the Temecula location, Jarad was able to assist me in a matter of 2 minutes. He completed my i9 verification, while being personable and so friendly. After just coming off of a 12 hr shift and being exhausted, interacting with Jarad was just what my soul needed.
