Post Haste offers the best services (printing, shipping, and more) in the area. They take such great care of me every time I come in for something. Great customer service - the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Their selection of greeting cards is an added bonus- I always find something new and fun when I visit. Love to support local businesses and this one is top notch!

I needed to get a background check done for a job and was so glad I chose Post Haste! The young fellow who helped me with it was great with customer service, reassuring and patient while he walked me through the process. He made the tedious background check task painless, fast, and easy. Other employees made sure to warmly acknowledge me and check to see if I needed additional assistance. Needless to say, I left very impressed with the high level of professionalism and top shelf service. I would definitely recommend Post Haste to anyone in need of mail, printing, shipping or background checks. The entire staff are en pointe here and their prices are quite reasonable for the high level of service. If I could give this shop more than five stars, I would.

Absolutely amazing! All of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I had issues getting the printing to come out right and the entire staff here made sure to get it right. They are responsive and hard working! Cannot express enough what a good experience this was. Thank you so much Post Haste!

Went in to grab a package but accidentally went to the wrong post office. The older lady was VERY rude. Very dismissive and treated me and my fiance like idiots. I wouldn't come back here again.

Poste Haste is a good alternative to keeping a box at the USPS on the Plaza. They are just a couple bucks more expensive per month but have some excellent and useful ancillary services. The in store help has both broad and deep experience with answers. Its the most accessible place to get things printed quickly in Arcata now that Kinko's is gone.

Their mail forwarding service is the best in Humboldt County. They are diligent, thorough, and pay attention to details. It's a bit of a process, due to regulations, to get signed up, but the service is excellent once enrolled. Highly recommended.

I'd never sent a package before which I admitted to the staff so they walked me through the process and were super nice and helpful the whole time. The employee who helped me, Brett, was great, and even put my box in a flat rate USPS box to save me some money (and so we wouldn't have to put a shipping label over the decorations I'd drawn on the box!). These guys are great!
