I purchased a 2025 Outback from Premier and am happy with my overall experience with them. I have purchased three cars from three different dealers and Premier was the easiest and most down to earth of them. I felt no pressure and my salesman, Jeremy, discussed what I needed and helped me pick a great car. He was also patient with answering any questions and with showing me different options, which I appreciated. Parker, a sales manager, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get me into my new vehicle sooner. I am appreciative of his efforts. Jack, who handled our financing, was great as well and was upfront about any warranty questions and was not pushy in the way that other places can be.

This place is perfect for anyone looking for a Subaru, new or used, and I will happily come back for future needs, mostly due to the engagement that the entire team had with me and my questions or needs. The building is also well maintained, clean, and has a lot of great places to sit during service visits. The waiting areas are particularly nice and far outstrip any other dealer that I have seen.

I highly recommend this dealer for any car needs. The team are upfront, honest, and want to help.

My experience of buying a used Forester here was remarkable! Jeremy, the salesman, was very sincere, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process of finding a car that met what I looked for while being within my price range. He was also humble and took the time to research answers to environmental questions I had about the car. Jack, who finalized the financing at the end, was also patient, upfront, and friendly. Since the car purchase, I've had my Forester for a couple weeks now and it's so far been fantastic! Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a car!

Subaru in Branford is a non commissioned dealership. I saw a car on line on Monday, test drove Tuesday and picked it up Wednesday. Negotiations were painless. Phil Simone was my sales person. He went out of his way to please me and added many extras to sweeten the deal. I’d recommend working with him. (I also had the Costco auto program which was honored). Rodney the finance guy, also good. Gave me the particulars on the warranties, did not pressure which would have annoyed me. All around good service.
I rarely take the time to review but here it is!

My car needed serious repairs including a motor. Premiere honored the coverage of a service warranty with a great deal of negotiation. They gave me a new beautiful loaner so I was not inconvenienced. They also kept me informed every step of the way. The nice young man, Le Trel, could not have been better. He coordinated the services with what was covered and got it done

Best experience ever buying a car.
Great salesman. Listened and gave me just what I asked for. Efficient and competent! Even meeting the financial officer and the employee who gave a hands-on lesson to

When I purchased my new car from Premier Subaru, I thought it was a great experience. The sales person and financing person seemed super helpful and we were really happy. I purchased the certified package for my preowned car. 5000 miles later I take the car to my mechanic, Who I trust and have been going to for years, for an oil change and he tells me the tires are completely shot. 85 to 90% worn. There is no way I wore out that much of the tires in 5000 miles just doing local driving. He said they definitely should have been replaced before I left the dealership in order to meet the certified standard. Now I’m paying $1300 for a new tires on top of a new car and I’m so disgusted with premier Subaru. When they called a few weeks after I purchased the car to see how it was going I asked them about the tires because I thought they looked low On tread And was told that they had to be 5 mm in order to meet the certified standard and they should be good for a while. Stupid me trusted them. Obviously, some of the fault falls on me for not insisting they show me that the tires met standards before I Drove off the lot But shame on them for being dishonest. If you buy anything from them, make sure you do your due diligence to ensure they are being honest.

The staff is always friendly at this location and easy to work with. I came through Express for an oil change and Jamie was the one that took care of me. She had a great personality and was very helpful. I've also spoken to the owner, Bob, in the past and he has been great to work with, very friendly and professional. You can tell he cares about his customers.

I'm not going to lower my rating for this but one suggestion to pass along is to try and improve the wait time for Express. This is a very busy location and if you're not there by 7:30am, the wait time can be 2-3 hours for an oil change. It's not really "Express" at that point but I understand they can't predict the demand all the time so that can be difficult. Just a suggestion.
