I was having some incidences at one of my apartment complexes and contracted with Privateer Security to patrol the property during the evenings. Privateer's officers dealt with numerous problems during the early days of our contract, including break-ins, trespassing and vagrancy. They dealt with difficult situations in the most professional way. Their customer portal is fantastic as I was able to see video of their patrols as well as videos of each incident. After a month or so, word seem to get out that Privateer was on the job and our evening incidents are now virtually nonexistent! I would highly recommend Cody and his team at Privateer!

I reached out to Privateer after our business was burglarized. They were one of four compainies I reached out to by phone and the only one who answered my call on a Sunday afternoon. You need your security company to answer when you call! I spoke with the owner, Cody, who was extremely professional and informative. He began patrolling our business that very same day. Working with Privateer has been amazing. We are currently working with them to train our staff in the event of an emergency. Privateer is very professional and I feel that we are in extremely good hands 24/7!!! Thank you for all you do to keep us safe!

Always helpful and responsible. You can tell they are good people by watching how they take care of things. Saw Cody removing debris from Grant Road when he really didn't have to. Show how conscientious he is.

We were faced with an increase in pedestrian traffic and unwanted vehicle parking due to proximity to the Interstate begging corners. We were getting overrun with a variety of vandalism and theft. After Privateer, Full Stop! They enforce No Trespassing signs! They continue to do an excellent job.

Excellent, professional, and hard-working security service! These guys have helped combat problems with theft in our industrial park that the previous "drive by" security company couldn't begin to address.
