Just finished my first mediation with Ms. Schmidt and I could not be more impressed with her professionalism, ability to understand the client's wants, needs, and concerns, and how to suggest a reasonable alternative idea when the parties lock horns.

The case I mediated with Ms. Schmidt was extremely contested and this was our second mediation in over a year. I was certain that this case was heading for at least a two day trial. After about 20 mins of back and forth with the other attorney, Ms. Schmidt reset both attorneys and the parties and within 2 hours we settled 80% of the case.
