If you have to go to court, she won't be going with you. You will have be there representing yourself without representation. When the other party gets served, they will get a lawyer like any normal person would. You can not go to court by yourself, because you do not know the law, no matter how smart you think you are. Like me you will only wind up looking like a fool having spent $1,500 on useless paperwork. Save your money and just get a lawyer that will represent you the whole way through. It was basically a waste of my money.

After almost a year of struggling and being told different things and lies and working with an unprofessional supposed “probate professional” I found out the hard way he did know the laws or what the banks needed to get my inheritance check cashed and Pro Se Legal came highly recommended and after just a brief meeting Elizabeth Cordier I felt immediatley relieved finally someone could really help me. She was more than reasonable with her fee and was quick, efficient and amazing!!! Within a week I had a the money I had been waiting for and nothing more was needed. She is very up to date and knows her stuff, she even made some difficult paper work for my brother in his difficult situation easy for him to sign and she went above and beyond. Her legal skills are truly remarkable! Thank you again!! Highly recommend calling before getting ripped off or lied to.

Elizabeth Cordier is so awesome! Definitely call her. I hired an attorney through Marble Law to handle my divorce and they were the worst. Ended up paying over 10K and they did nothing for that money. We didn't even have any children involved. Luckily for me before I would have had to pay Marble more, my wife had found Liz. Liz basically did everything and I wouldn't have had to even have a lawyer. She was quick to get our case settled with the outcome we wanted. All for a fraction of what I had paid.
