So fortunate to work with Cory. The community of CASp Inspectors is limited but Cory exceeds expectations. Cory is honest, does his job with integrity. As a property manager, I have used several CASp inspectors in the past and Cory at Proactive Access is the best so far and his price is very reasonable. His report was over 300 pages and very detailed and thorough. He also took the time to review the report and answer any questions that the property owner and I had over the phone. Cory and the Proactive Access service he provided were amazing. I had been trying to figure out a question about ADA compliance for a while, trying to get it straight before submitting architectural plans to the city.
