I contacted Mr. Kahn tonight after 11 P.M. by telephone because his posting on Google cites his business hours as "Open 24 hours." After several rings, the call went to voicemail. However, after a few minutes I received a call back from his telephone number.

I answered, asked if he was a process server, and he confirmed that he was along with citing his name. I provided a brief synopsis or reason for needing a process server. Mr. Kahn did not respond further. I began to speak again, often stating hello, but I did not receive a response. So, I kindly stated that I would end the call because I was not receiving a voice response. Afterwards, I thought perhaps it was a reception issue or a fluke oversight and I placed a second call to Mr. Kahn's telephone number. My second call immediately went to his voicemail system or greeting.

I have a pressing legal matter, I was kind to Mr. Kahn, but Mr. Kahn has provided me with a bad impression.

If it was truly a fluke oversight, then as of writing this I have not received a second call from Mr. Kahn, so I now find doubt with this being a possibility.

So, I will rate this review with one star. If anyone reads this review and is seeking process server services I would suggest securing another provider, not Mr. Kahn.

My second suggestion would be to find a server or business that will be tactful, transparent about their business hours, and in addition to being professional, someone that will be sensitive to legal deadlines.
