My father has been working with this law firm since last year and unfortunately his case didn’t go as planned however recently in April 28 he received a letter from immigration about a court appearance telling him to appear on May 28. The law firm even called my father telling him they received a letter about his immigration court appearance. So both my parents kept calling both locations the Santa Ana and Los Angeles and also asked them to schedule a meeting with a lawyer at the firm to see if they were able to help him out and if not so my father can look for a lawyer elsewhere but they didn’t want to make an appt for a meeting either because they were going to leave notes to the lawyer for review and they would just retell him the lawyer is going to review his case and that they’ll leave notes for him and then they would tell him to call back again after certain days for a response telling him his letter is in the process of being reviewed etc. it was like that back and forth for like 3 weeks. My parents didn’t look elsewhere because like they were helped already here with my dads case last year and they had all his paperwork they felt confident that they were going to help him out. Until they called again Friday May 23rd in the morning and then some lady said to call again at 1pm and she told him they can’t take his case because his court date is already next week on May 28th but it’s okay because she found him someone who can take on his case which was a whole different law firm reference, which we didn’t mind if they would of told us that from the beginning. We think that someone from the law firm has just read his letter that day and checked his case that Friday that’s why they told him to call back later because it was just being reviewed. We did not forgo with the reference lawyer however we looked for someone else and we were helped right away. My parents were stressed out because the law firms had told him no to helping him and his court was within 5 days, we thought it was very unprofessional how they had us waiting for an answer until the last minute. These are people’s lives they are being trusted with and it’s unfortunate that this happened.

Do not recommend. They are clearly taking on more cases than they can handle. They charge an arm and a leg to just send one application, they never give updates and can't even answer basic questions, and then they lost the documents sent to them by USCIS and are playing dumb that they never got them. And they want to charge the full amount again to re-file our case.
