We have worked with Propel for a couple of years now (I think it has been that long) and we were so fortunate to find them. Every single time I reach out or my boss reaches out to them, their responsiveness is immediate. If they are on another task, they let me know when they can get back to me. That is so refreshing. Being a physicians office at times we need pretty quick response and with Propel we get it. I highly recommend them. Their service is excellent and their fee schedule is quite reasonable. Not to mention the fact that I am tech challenged and they are always so kind and patient!

It is a “Me, Myself, and I” kind of department. When my company was facing major network issues, I had finally hit a wall after 3 days of pounding sand. I spoke with Marty who was at the office an hour later! It took him no time at all to help me resolve the network error. He took the time to explain the details and stuck around to help me finish confirming everything. From there-on, both Marty and James have been my go-to guys.

The gentleman that are the backbone of this company are the greatest asset a one-man IT Department could ask for! They have yet to back down from any challenge. James and Marty are always happy to show up and always have a game plan ready. I enjoy the times I get to partner with them. It is always a pleasant experience with shared knowledge to allow me to grow in my position. They not only have assisted me, but set me up to succeed personally with my company.
