People!! Vets! Before you file, go speak with the attorneys at Psetas, Moore, and Tetlow in New Port Richey.

My GOSH!! I never realized how far off base I was making a SSD claim. Visiting w/Mr Moore today showed me JUST how much I DIDN'T know....how much I messed things up. FACT!

Don't waste your time trying to do this yourself, as I did. You need a professional by your side. With their knowledge and decades of experience with "the system", these guys will guide you and get what you deserve.

I went with my sister to her appointment to ask Mr. Moore why he was even going to get paid any amount considering my sister had to do all the footwork,she had to get all her medical paperwork herself... When I had my hearing(not with this incompetent firm) my lawyer did everything for me and closed the case in six months not the over 3 yrs it has taken Mr Moore to settle my sister's case

Mr Moore is a competent lawyer. Our waiting time in the lobby is very short when I have an appointment. I have full confidence in him. If you want a lawyer who fights for your social security or disability Mr Moore is the man. In about eight months my case was finalized period and unheard of amount of time frame. I highly recommend his firm. His assistant Melissa was fantastic and available at all times to answer any questions that I had. I can't thank them enough.

I was involved in a head on collision about 15 months ago. After my release from the trauma center, I contacted Mr. Psetas to see what my options were. During the meeting, he gave me specific instructions and let me know his staff would be in contact with me. Well, they called me daily t check up on me, not because I was a client, but because they actually cared for me. I had my first payment in less than a week, and in than 6 weeks after the accident, they settled my case for the full amount that we had asked. AMAZING!!! I can not thank this office more, and my only regret is that I have not written this review sooner.

Always there to help when George was Alive I would not recommend this place any longer as Tetlow even drove away his old assistant because he was not performing and leaving her with the blame for losing clients but it’s him! He held my case hostage for two years to then drop it without reaching out to me
MR PSETAS REST IN PEACE BUT YOUR FIRM IS FALLING TO PIECES! I hope SOMEONE CAN DETACH YOUR NAME BECAUSE MR TETLOW HAS NO IDEA WHAT HES DOING
