Actually took the time to look at my file and definitely seemed like they wanted to help. If you do drugs or any real crime this is not the place to do it in but if your a law abiding citizen and aren't out to cause trouble, these people will bend over backwards to help you out. There is one bad cop that ruins it for everyone else there but ulyou can't let one bad apple ruin the bunch. I'm sure they'll fire him sooner than later.

Unfortunately completely refused to give me any of the needed forms and instead told me to look online or hire a lawyer. I need county specific forms and they have ZERO forms on their web page which is completely outdated. I am not asking for legal advice I am asking for the forms I need to file. Very disappointing and rude staff.

The people in the clerk office are not very helpful.
They just tell you to go online. For those who are not internet savvy, it cam become very frustrating.
The employees in the Putnam County Clerks office, need to be more compassionate, and understand and be willing to help anyone and everyone who calls, and or come into their office.
