I had one of the most "FUN" notary trips of my entire life when I tagged along with my partner.

Before our appointment, I had spent 20+ hours over the past few days just making sure that I had each and every detail correct that needed to be notarized/reviewed.

As it turned out, meeting Dolores (the owner and notary) was such a breath of fresh air! I could tell she really appreciated how much prep work I had put in for the notarization to go PERFECTLY.

To be honest, I did make one or two minor errors, and almost panicked when I realized I did not have a second print-out with me for backup. This wasn't an issue for Dolores, who knew exactly how to fix my errors without a round trip back home to the printer. For something we've been wanting to get completed for a long time now, being able to step away with all paperwork completed was the highlight of my day/week, possibly more.

I never understood why people had "go-to" notaries - as I was formerly going to UPS each time to notarize documents - but now I know why: the people. Dolores was so kind to answer all of my questions (since I was so curious about the notary process and the tech that can make it possible to do via mobile/remotely), and honestly I have to say it was a lot of fun!

I'm quite eager to try out the remote/tele-notary capabilities Quill Notary offers. As someone in the tech field, I found her in-person setup absolutely fascinating! Instead of driving over to her office, if I end up in southern DE, we can just remotely handle whatever documents need signing.

Another plus is that Dolores knew just the right amount of wit to toss back at my sarcasm, and vice-versa, that the appointment didn't feel like the chore going to the notary usually is. I actually ended up refreshed upon leaving.

Wrapping this review up:

- The service, location, pricing, scheduling, speed, and that personal connection just cannot be beat.

- I can say without a doubt that I will only be going to see Dolores when I need something notarized in the future. The friendly human quality she brought to our signing appointment was just priceless.
