Where to begin? I was and still am up against Radeff so I'm obviously biased. Starting off, she is not a legal authority, I paraphrase but "go ahead and reach out to my office for when you can see your son". Ah that's not how it works she's an attorney, not a governing body, who she thinks she is. I've been in the divorce process against this woman for close to a year now. Her firm notoriously drags their feet and is slow, Increasing everyone's legal costs. At the temporary orders hearing her evidence of me having a drink on my birthday was an MIP I got when I was 18, I'm 38 now. She left approximately 3 minutes to question me. She has a weird laugh in court. One of the places where I think true professionalism should shine. She does not respond to my attorney in a timely matter. Final hearing was almost a month ago. No divorce decree yet, no quitclaim deed prepared for my house yet releasingy ex from the title. As far as I can tell she cares about one thing, not your children, who their around, not your well being; she cares about money. How much can she get out of you. Her questioning is borderline terrible, she says "I find that hard to believe" a lot. As an honest person believe whatever makes you happy Chris lol. I showed up to Radeffs office with a check for payout to my ex for approximately $88k and was just brushed away. Oh I'll take that. Yeah I'm sure that firm would. She has constantly threatened me via third person via my attorney and always questioned why I wasn't arrested for a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time for violating a temporary protection order. But I think her reading comprehension is deteriorating, see Radeff and my ex took approximately 10 hrs of my freedom for texting my ex wife, "thank you very much what a relief". A relief a year old kid does not have to be around two people that failed at their marriage not even two years into it, together for 7 years. 7 words above cost me a years probation and a multitude of fees. I get Radef runs a business but, simply put, whoa. She has a righteous ego. Probably costs a fortune to do anything. Her job is to try to destroy the opponent. Don't let her. Stick to the person you are. Your interacting with this law firm because you were 50% of the problem. It takes two to tango. I can only imagine what my ex's bill is going to be or is with this representation she chose. Radef "weighs in" on the case in a terrible fashion. Her questioning and cross are pathetic. Via some other reviews I have read yeah she's a man hater. I bet it really sucked for her to find the only thing I've been CONVICTED of I'm my life was an MIP, I almost started laughing in court too along with her. She tried to take my son away from me (succeeded for 11weeks) tried to get supervised visitation with alcohol testing before and after visit, tried to get a PPO against me and failed. Why? Because I have never done anything nor been CONVICTED of anything besides violating a tpo for texting 7 words. Let a judge do their work, Radef is not a judge. In my opinion as I mentioned I was against Radeff, and she looks close, it's time to count the money up and retire. She is a terrible human being and wants you to think she'll ruin your life. Don't let her. Make a judge decide your fate, don't negotiate about anything. It will just cost you money.
Update 8/1/23:
Ex has blown through roughly $90k. If I had to guess, Radef was paid anywhere from $40-65k for the job she did.
Via her counseling our 2021 federal tax return using Radef's words, " is lost in cyberspace.". Think about that for a minute, she actually said that. It is August 2023 and because of Radef the divorce finances have not been fulfilled. I have fulfilled my half of the agreement. Chris is still dragging this on. Mind you we were a couple who roughly made $120k combined a year.
Stay far away from Radef!
