Jessica has eased my anxiety through this whole process of power of attorney and being able to take care of mom’s finances. She has been kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. And with the transitioning to the nursing home, Jessica gave me the mindset that “ We can get there from here!” Jessica is the person you want on your side. She will squeeze an emergency call into her schedule, while driving to another appointment. She is wonderful, and she gets results!!

I recently decided to update all of my estate planning documents since I wanted to make some changes related to guardianship and distribution of assets to my children. Jessica and the team at Rafferty Legal came highly recommended, and now I know why. She was very thorough in her process, making sure that my wishes would be followed with regard to medical treatment and handling of my finances should I become incapacitated. Despite having more complicating factors like needing to navigate two existing irrevocable trusts and creating a special needs trust, Jessica handled the work flawlessly and with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
