We were involved in a car accident, not my fault.

My visiting grown daughter had just flown in, and the accident occurred. Trips to the ER and doctors ensued.
While we have excellent auto
Insurance this was not my fault and sought out the help from Rafi Law Group.

Patrick Hassett was assigned to
our case. He is kind, thoughtful, and smart, plus his tone of voice is soothing and he and the staff are attentive.

The front desk reception at the three offices we worked with is incredible. Mr. Rafi
puts a huge emphasis on customer service in the lobby areas, all staff 110% efficient, warm, friendly and detail oriented. Every single person!!
The case took a year to settle with medical treatment. The final part of the case involved paralegal Vanessa Soto who was the negotiation part of the settlement with medical claims. She was amazing, simply amazing!!

The monetary settlement was more than I expected and that was a successful
ending to the case.

Would I recommend Rafi- yes! A thousand times yes!
We worked with the offices in Goodyear, Phoenix and Central as l Phoenix, all
simply exceptional!

Debora Zaragoza is the absolute best! I hardly ever leave reviews, but I HAD to leave a review for Debora she is amazing on what she does and I appreciate the manner in which she communicated and simplified what they were doing. She broke down everything so I understood exactly what was going on step-by-step. All in all, Debora and the Rafi Law group are efficient, professional and do a great job highly recommended .
