This is the worst Child support in the state of n.c!!!!! RANDOLPH COUNTY dose not care if the Non-custodial parent pays or not!! They don't even answer the phone at this place..They just sit on their butts and enjoy the AC They basically get paid to do nothing (must be nice) Wonder if they're hiring? It is their job to enforce it And do the research it takes to do so!!! Not mine.. one Facebook and Vine search I found out everything..2 mins out of my day is all it took..but all I get told is we cant find him, he dont have a job, but yet he post all day long about his work grind and post all the pics of his new Motorcycles but yet he is only to pay 50 a month!!!!! So if your looking to get out of paying child support come on down to Randolph county and just lie .you will never see the in side of the jail ..

I can never get in touch with my case worker, not only that! I have a court ordered mediation agreement that puts my case in the category for a specific worksheet. I cannot explain the harm and damages this agency has allowed my kids mother to take advantage of their system and I again cannot get in touch with my caseworker. If they call me back it'll be private and never leave a voicemail. Meanwhile I've been unemployed for 6 months and I've updated my profile portal, I haven't gotten a review or anything except notices in the mail pre generated by whatever system they work in. Ughhh

Due 2 the "new law" my child will NEVER see his $50 hes Owed. Now IF they get locked up for not paying (Which he NEVER dose and I mean never) the bond money gets put on hold until they Sign it over and if they don't It automatically goes to the school board. So my child gets nothing..His father just stays Behind. The child gets 0 . And they Will just keep continuing the court dates 4 months at a time. And of course all I hear is we are doing this best we can we cannot find him..Even though he's on probation And stays in and out of jail all the time Child support is no longer Here for the children

Original court order was set through SC. It was given to NC since moving here for easier collection. THAT, however, has not been the case. When updating employment with the case worker it was never updated from them. When contacting the case worker yet again, she did not like the questions asked so she hung up the phone.

I just can't understand this place. Only way they want to communicate at all with you is via snail mail. Sons father hasn't paid a dime in over 10 months and they want to finally set a court date for over 2 months from now. Make no sense. And can they pick up a phone or email me and try to help me understand why this is? NO. Most unprofessional, rude people I have ever had to deal with.

Filed for child support over a year ago and it's been nothing but a headache. After waiting a couple months without hearing anything had to go back to the office just to have them tell me I didn't fill the paperwork out, which I did in the office and spoke to the worker. I redid it and gave it back while in the office. I then received an email from the worker saying she couldn't find him and asking if I could help. I explained for the second time that they had his information bc he's paying on another child, finally got a court date. I wasn't able to go bc I was at the doctor's with my infant who had a fever of 104.2°, received a letter stating he only was made to add her to his insurance. WTH? I emailed the casework who said I had to redo the paperwork yet AGAIN, they mailed it and I mailed it back out the same day I received it and yet again heard nothing back. I went back to the office and was told they couldn't find it again, by this time I was beyond mad and explained to them what all I have been through trying to get child support and I was told not to worry that the supervisor was taking care of it and I didn't need to redo the paperwork? I finally received another court date after over a year of this mess and when I go they tell me the caseworker isn't there that we have to reschedule. Also the paperwork doesn't say when I actually applied it tells the date of the third time I applied 6 months later.

I’m not sure what’s going on with these people on here but every time I’m late on a payment, I get a notice and then I get a court date. They stay on top of me and my child support payment. Yes, they’ve been rude to me but every time I call them with a question, I get answers. They force my payment from me on time every month. As soon as I’m late I’ll have a court date. Not sure why it isn’t like that with everyone else.

So they send you letters requesting updated information then never answer the phone, or call you back and when I finally do get someone on the phone and update the information apparently no one in this place knows what a god damn save button is because the information never gets saved. I tried 4 times to update my address before it finally got saved in the system.

Absolute joke of an agency that should be shut down.
